BioSciences professor to take the stage at international conference

Alan Baker, DSc, Honorary Professorial Fellow in the School of BioSciences, has been announced as the keynote speaker at the 14th International Phytotechnologies Conference in Montreal, Canada, to be held in September. 

Alan Baker was professor of botany at the University of Melbourne and in 2008, the International Phytotechnology Society awarded him the Milton Gordon Award for 'a distinguished career in teaching, research, and applications of phytoremediation'.
