Distribution (from Flora of Victoria): Vic, GR, MID, EHL, SNOW, EG - also Qld, NSW, ACT.

In Victoria found mainly in the north-east but with isolated western records from the Grampians and Mt Cole. Often grows along seepage lines on rocky slopes.
