Educational Transformations Lecture - Professor Susan Rowland Cameron - Work, Leadership, and Learning: Building a culture of student engagement and professionalism in a Faculty of Science

Fewer than 50% of students in science programs will be employed in science roles or workplaces, which means a discipline-limited degree and skill set is no longer ‘enough’ for graduates. The UQ Faculty of Science has a new experiential learning approach to preparing our students to launch (and fly) into an unknown future. Let’s talk about it!

Following the seminar, a light lunch will be provided in Drummond North, BioSciences 4

Presenter

  • Professor Susan Rowland Cameron
Professor Susan Rowland Cameron, Teaching-focused academic in the School of Chemistry and Molecular Biosciences at the University of Queensland, and is Deputy Associate Dean Academic (Future Students and Employability) for the Faculty of Science.
